In our busy world, where everything and everybody competes for our attention, it is not easy to slow down, sit down and sort out our thoughts. What do I truly want? Why is it important? How do I move in that direction? What is my goal in life? What is the legacy I want to leave? What is the purpose of this whole thing here?
Imagine you are 110 years old and surrounded by your family. What is the story you will remember and share with them? That you were busy and focused to “make the sales quota/build a business/be better than your competitor”? That your house was always clean? That you made a lot of money? That others always liked you? Everybody you ask will say “no”. What is then your purpose here? The most common answers are: enjoy my life, make mistakes and laugh about them later, overcome obstacles, spend time with people and activities I love.
What if our purpose is to simply live? To experience the world - how it smells, looks, feels … and to experience all the thoughts and emotions about it? How does that sound to you? Is it too simple and boring or did it lift a lot of weight from you? What if everything above and beyond “live” is up for grabs? What if you can create anything? What if it is like building sand castles? You decide to build one, then start another one. The water comes, destroys one of them, you cry and soon move on to build another? What if the point is not to build “the one” and keep protecting it? What if the point is to keep building, keep experiencing, experimenting, creating? What if the purpose of living is to create? Pause and notice how that feels. You might close your eyes, take a deep breath and ask that question again. You might feel a tiny grain of truth. Maybe …
Most of us live with a slight “nagging” feeling or a thought in the back of our mind that gets louder when we are alone: “I am not happy and I should be”. Maybe you tried to achieve, accumulate, work hard … and finally see there is no point to it. There will always be another thing to do and another. It will never be enough.
Most of us were taught we need to work hard to get somewhere or to get something. Then we will feel better. What I have seen is that it works the opposite way. When you know who you are and what your purpose is - the doing gets easier.
Did you ever think what brings you happiness? … It is happiness itself! It is the feeling you have in a particular moment when you are present. And a string of those makes the necklace of your life.
My mission is to “sit on a white bench in a beautiful park” and invite people to string their necklace. To simply pause and to sit with me. Listen to them share their story, their dreams and wishes. Be curious, ask questions, and allow them to see how magnificent they truly are. Let them see and feel that they are everything they are looking for. They are whole. They are a bright shining light. They are loved, loving and lovable. Always.
I love working with people on their goals and dreams. I love showing them there really (really!) is no limit to what they can do.

I worked on Wall Street in Wealth Management in one of the world's biggest firms. 70/80 hour weeks, traveling, entertaining, meeting crazy smart and fascinating people. It was a lot of fun until it wasn't. Waking up every morning worrying about the market (something I could not control) was my everyday experience. Luckily, by complete chance, I found a coach. He showed me a different way to look at things and ... things changed. I had time for Life and Life had time for me. I met my husband and now we live in Scottsdale, AZ with our 8 year old daughter.
I was born in Prague, Czech Republic, received MA degree in Sociology and Communication. My corporate life focused on investment management, estate planning, family wealth transfers and education at Goldman Sachs. In 2019 I graduated from Erickson International and received my International Coaching Certification from ICF. I have over 700 hours or coach-related training and over 500 hours of coaching experience. I love spending time with my family, practice yoga, ski, read and travel. I love to play golf and to help others to experience the best game imaginable.
