In my mother-daughter relationship coaching practice I help women with their emotional well-being and mental health. We work on solutions how to decrease stress and build relationships. My work is suitable for mild to moderate mental heath issues and it focuses on wellness.
We use a system and a map that identifies patterns, habits and attitudes that keep us stuck and design a process to support our specific goals.

Are you a new mom? Are you parenting a toddler, a teen or are your children all grown up? Maybe they just moved our of the house, are getting married or having their own children? Maybe you have not spoken to them for a long time and wish to re-establish a relationship. It might be your own life circumstances have changed and you need help to communicate your own needs.
Any changes in life present us with an opportunity to stop and evaluate. What kind of relationships do I want? How do I want to show up for myself and for others? Am I holding on to my past habits and attitudes that are not helpful anymore?
I work with mothers (and fathers) on changing life circumstances, daily challenges and transitions. We look at past patterns, mindsets, the role of stress, effective communication and many more that allow us to heal, connect and build the relationships we so deeply desire.
We are all daughters. We might know our mother or we might have never met her. We might feel close to her or we might have not spoken to her for decades.
I work with women on how to relate to their moms (present, absent or deceased). Through our map we discover tools and develop habits and attitudes that heal, connect and build the relationship we desire.
Our work is centered on emotional well-being and wellness. It is suitable for mild to moderate mental heath issues.
Together we uncover our patterns, habits and attitudes that subconsciously drive us, discover that others might be driven by different patterns and learn what to do about it. We realize that:

The process we follow is similar whether both mother and daughter participate or only one party is involved.
Our first step is to set up a 30 minute Discovery conversation over Zoom or on the phone. There is no change and no further obligation. We discuss our goals and objectives. After this meeting I sent you a personal link to your Enneagram test.
This meeting is one-on-one (separate for mom and daughter) and happens after you take your Enneagram test and have time to review it. We establish our individual goals, learn about Enneagram patterns and communication styles.We learn about why you think, act and feel in a certain way and why it matters.
In this meeting both mom and daughter participate together. We learn about our Enneagram styles and patterns and share from our own perspective. This session is all about discovery and observation. We are open, curious and practice deep listening.
Coaching is specific to your current goals followed by action steps.
We bring in our shared values and goals from our Discovery Session. We share about our learning, ask questions, follow by action steps.
By this time you have read your own report as well as the report of your mom/daughter. Coaching is specific to your current goals followed by action steps.
We debrief, share our insights and discuss the next action steps.

I can tell you a bit about myself, about coaching (as compared to therapy and other disciplines) and what your might expect. This call is free and there are no obligations. We might talk 10 minutes or one hour - as long as it takes to answer your questions.

I have seen over and over how time and money commits people to change. For some of us it is the financial investment, for some the time we have to set aside. For most. it is a combination of both. We show up on time focused and ready. That's when the change happens.
Your time investment is a commitment to 6 meetings, reading, pondering, journaling, observing. It is a commitment to about a 3 months process of us working together. I have an extensive Audible list which I share with my clients. You are asked to read assigned materials, show up on time, ready, curious and willing to explore.

My commitment to you is to be 100% present with an open mind and heart. I will listen, ask questions and ponder with you. We will explore Wisdom and together find solutions. I will be available in between sessions for any questions. I provide weekly exercises, reading and listening materials for your support and exploration. I will bring my heart and my 20+ year experience.
